Known in several countries as "Golden Visa", the investor visa is an option for those who have capital for investment and want to stay in Brazil.

We provide full support in requesting and obtaining the National Migration Registry Card (CRNM, formerly RNE), Individual Taxpayer Registration (CPF); opening and obtaining the National Register of Legal Entities (CNPJ); accreditation of the company at the Central Bank and registration of capital raised; Company capitalization; visa application for the investor and their dependents.
RELEVANT LEGISLATION
Normative Resolution No. 36, of October 9, 2018, provides for the granting of permanent residence permits as a result of real estate investment in Brazil.

WHO CAN APPLY?
Any foreigner that the minimum investment in real estate ready or under construction is R$700,000 in the states of the North and Northeast and R$1 million for the other regions.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO ADD DEPENDENTS?
The Investor Visa extends to dependents and must be applied for individually.

EXPIRATION TIME
Temporary 02 years, to ensure that the property is being maintained and remains with the same owner. After this period, it has permanent validity.
